I don't think that's what really happened, but if — somehow — we had to trade fully-produced GOTY videos similar to previous years just so Drew and Jason could spend time with light saber duels instead of fixing the studio, I'm perfectly OK with that.

EDIT: I didn't realize On Live died this year. I thought it had folded a while ago. Interesting that Sony now has the remnants of both of the two main streaming video game services.

I knew there would be a grocery haul. I held onto that hope in my heart of hearts. You did not disappoint.

Now I want to try malt liquor, which may not have been the thing to take from this whole experience.

Jason's second bit brought tears to my eye. We will never again experience the shitty nature of streaming games over the Internet, with buffering issues and artifacting that OnLive would give us. Or the horrible lag I had while playing Rogue Legacy. Or how I was able to play through all of Borderlands in one 3 day rental.

While I miss the after segments from previous years, great job all around, especially with being hurt in how much they could do with the move to the first floor happening right as goty began.

I want to imagine that Jeff's finance was filming that grocery haul trying not to laugh her ass off. Good fucking stuff.

I would die if Giant Bomb ripped the Grocery Haul out and released it as a standalone video. The comments would just be amazing.

We haven't had a way-too-zoomed-in instructional video yet. I nominate Dan. The Internet needs to be taught proper techniques for combining Taco Bell menu items to form flavor-Voltron.

This was an amazing year of GOTY. Thanks for all who worked super hard on this and I can't wait to see what 2016 brings us. Also, the grocery haul we all wanted to see came and it was glorious.

Buying "limited edition" food and reading random ingredients are my favorite grocery haul tropes.

Jeff is truly a master of the form.
