In Mexican City's defense, it didn't have a "run-towards-camera chase scene" like the last 2 levels.

The show they were talking about (I'm pretty sure, anyway) was Heathcliff and the Catillac Cats/Cats & Co. Heathcliff is the orange one with the big nose, and Riff Raff (@jeff) is the one with the blue scarf.
