Giant Bombcast 550: Sauce Shaming

It's a shame that Zen's actual pinball gameplay is so weak, since everything they do AROUND the actual tables (interface, amount of content, presentation, leaderboard integration, challenges, progression) blows Pinball Arcade away.

But Pinball Arcade still has it where it matters. Their pinball feeling more legit is all the more upsetting since Farsight seems to be a totally inept company in every other facet.

Wish we could get Zen's presentation with TPA's gameplay.

I will say, I have some pizza atleast once a week.

This is late but I strongly believe that anybody who played the Pinball FX3 beta for the Williams tables will tell you that the physics are excellent. Zen introduced a new system developed by their designer Deep that is closely approximating real table physics. This is accessed under the 'Classic' game mode.

I hadn't touched Zen's output since perhaps the first FX game but after playing Fish Tales on FX3 it has made the TPA version obsolete. Incredible graphics, interface, audio and physics which make the game realistic and thereby more challenging.

In highschool, kids used to call the number of people they've had sex with "kills." Like Call of Duty. Yeah. Think about that for a minute.

I almost thought this was a replay because the beginning of this podcast is MAJOR deja vu!
