I didn't really think they would do a DBZ quick look after the last one.

I'm no fan of anything Dragon Ball related, except the Quick Looks.

Ultimate Battle 21...became 22 after you unlocked Goku Super Saiyan 3...that game was AWFUL. 
Though I'm vaguely happy to hear it referenced.

the "new" guys are from the DBZ Movies and not the series..

Those first two and a half minutes were awesome.

Best quick look ever. DBZ still rocks. However Budokai 3 was the last game you needed to own.

Apparently the DBZ live action movie is non-canon?

I laugh at kids who put 420 in their name. No respect.

Edit: I never liked how Hercule was called Mr. Satan in Japan. Hercule's a much better name.

Pretty sure Dragon Ball never actually stopped. I mean just recently news were reporting a brand new Dragon Ball series being made or something.

I played the heck out of Tenkaichi 3, but after playing Ultimate Ninja Storm 2, I can safely say that I can never ever go back to a dragonball game.

All the "New Dragon Ball series being made!" are actually just remakes of the old Dragon Ball Z without as many fillers - That's what Dragon Ball Kai is.
 
HOWEVER, they did remake (re-trace, actually) some of the Dragon Ball movies and video-only releases on this game. That "Plan to eradicate the saiyans" was re-traced and included in the game. There's some other movies in there aswell.

There's some rumors about Toryiama creating new Dragon Ball stories, but they're just that for now: Rumors...

I hate those movie specials they make and I especially hate the crappy villains they make for said movie specials.  Come to think of it I hate everything after the big Freeza fight.  Sphere grids aren't adding anything to an already jank ass fighting game.

I could see why the fans might enjoy this, but it does seem awfully complicated to play.  After so many games, surely they could find a way to streamline things.
 
And honestly..  I just don't get it.  I guess there must be some reason the show is so popular, but I really don't see the appeal.

They keep making these games for the same reason they keep making Star Wars games.

Man this game should have come with dbz movie 8.

I'm the guy people hate since I love Dragon Ball and will get this game.
