Quick Look: Excitebots: Trick Racing

i guess im going to be playing mi Wii a little bit more now

I totally want to play this. We got any meat eating animals to cruise with? I want blood dripping from the wheels of my excitebot.

Excitebots looks almost too-straightforward. Like that's all there is to it- race, then race, then race some more. The online mode stuff sounds good, but there's no nunchuck support, or microphone support, or no custom soundtracks (that was one of the best parts about the original Excite Truck!) and the lack of local multiplayer is extremely disappointing, since that seems like the only reason why I'd want to play- so that I could trash talk w/ three other guys in the same room.

I guess if Mario Kart isn't your thing, this'll do, but there has to be a better racer out there for the Wii, I'm sure.

Oh and I'm not digging the style of the game- the bots themselves look super-dumb, in my opinion.

Wow. the music on the Fiji stage almost sounded like the best soundtrack in a racing game since F-Zero

Anywho, this looks 700 times better than Excite Truck. Not sure if that's good though.

Ehhh... Looks kind of simplistic and dumb. Just like Excite Truck.  But I'm sure that Wii fanboys will enjoy the hell out of it, as is their right.

The controls arent very loose, very tight actually, and works great, I think somebody just isnt that great... :P But I play with the Wheel, havent played remote only.

This is ... Stupid Fun, like the Stupid fun club.

Seriously you don't need logic when playing this, just enjoy it 
must be fun to watch someone play it.

Excite Truck was really fun, this seems to be pretty much the same but slightly better. I'm in.

Don't ever buy Monster Cables. monoprice.com is the only place you should be getting cables from.

Now that aside. I must add this to my gamefly queue.

I am filled with respect for the sheer wackiness of Excitebots.

Why do I want this game?

I really like the visuals. The style, plus technically they look pretty good.
DAMNIT WII, get more good games!

By the way, did you forget about spinning? Seems that would be a good thing to do for stars when you get MASSSSSSIVE air.
