Quick Look: Rocket Knight

My favorite Rocket knight game was definitely Sparkster for the SNES. - if only for the art style. Kinda wish they went the way of nostalgia with this franchise.

I loved the original when I was a kid,Ill pick this up when theres a sale on it

This is right up my alley. That shmup stage dragged a bit, but I'm sure I'll enjoy this game. As soon as this pops up on PSN, which is next week I believe, I'm all over this.

I purchased this on the European PSN like last Tuesday,
so if it's not out in the US just swing on by. There's a trial as well.

so what, do you people just sit around all day with the Giant Bomb page open constantly hitting the refresh button just to get that quest?...  good thing I don't have any interest in doing the quests..  

I would of thought the possum would more likely be the proletariat.

played the 1st one when i was younger. loved it but never beat it.

 I like the old chubby Sparkster compared to this skinny new version. It still looks pretty cool though, I think I'll grab this game soon.    

As i remember, Isn't Sparkster a prequel to Rocket Knight Adventures?

Downloaded the demo version but have yet to play it, glad there was a QL on it. Looks like my type of game, might have to pick it up sometime when I can afford points :)

Didn't particularly like the demo. It wasn't bad, but not 15 euro good.

Oh thats why i thought it looked like Sparkster...because it fucking is Sparkster...

It's not available for me on Steam (Europe), shame. 

I have quite fond memories of the originals so I'll be interested to give this a try. Still not completely sold on it from this though so I'll check out the demo first, just to be on the safe side. It looks pretty good though.

LOVE the game.  Just waiting on a chance to try the PS3 version next Tuesday.  Just remember to try it on HARD if you want a challenge.

I just bought it on Steam and it's a lot of fun.  $15.  It's good, try the demo and see.

This is actually pretty fun for a kids game, and it's nice to play a game with non-bland colors for a change.

Looks like a good kids/family game, see no real problem with it.  Won't be something I'll be playing though.

  Another great quick look, but another miss info about the game. YES, it is on PSN. Shame on you.
