Did a rewatch of the entire series because I am a crazy person and the only person who even cared that Giselle wasn't there was Mia and almost immediately we moved back to Dom being super happy that Michelle Rodriguez's Bloodrayne didn't take off. Combine that with letting Statham eat at the family dinner and The Family dicked over Han so Han should wreck shop.

Maybe I missed something, but why does he need to make that short hop in 8-4? It sure looks like there's a lip he can land on if he just does it normally. I mean, unless it's part of the maze.

Brad's first save state has him at 8-1 with 74 coins, easily enough to have a fourth life.

I like when Brad breaks that brick in 8-2 to sneak up behind the beetle. It's like early Geo-Mod.

It may seem like torture but Brad made it all the way to world 8 using the "start over" rules it would be a real shame if he started using the savestate now. Mostly because it would mean he was torturing himself for nothing during worlds 1-7 when he could have been save scumming all along! I believe in Brad! He had this level locked in at the beginning of the stream - some real fancy footwork!

Either the recording was cut weird or Brad is truly broken because the video just sorta starts mid-conversation with no intro. Felt like I clicked on a Best Of episode.

I feel like Miyamoto is as good at the Mario games he works on directly as any Mario Maker player is when they have to clear their own levels in order to upload them.

Brad, we did the exact same thing when we were kids. Unlike your story though, one of the drivers figured out where we were running off to and we got into DEEP shit.

I can understand the conceit to use an 8-4 save state but I'd say it would go down better with me personally if Brad did commit to playing through the first four worlds of Super Mario Special.

Watching Brad in 8-1 following that bullet all the way through the level makes me want to build a level where that's the entire point. Like the only way to reach the flag is to bounce off it at the end.

I think Brad should use the save state to practice 8-4 until he's got it down like the other levels, then play all the way through. That would be a good compromise.

Brad really deserve finishing this. Just use save state.

Fun fact; those whiskey barrel St. Bernards are a myth. The original depiction was first seen as a painting by some dude. Also, Alcohol doesn't actually warm you. It thins your blood. So if anything they would grant you a quick death if they were real.

Yeah, I was trying some Super Mario Spesh on my Mister and it seemed somewhat less messed up than the emulated version but still messed up.

I don't think Brad should use the save state. This is the last level, he should see it through to the end. You can do it, this is breaking brad, that's what we're here for!

I am against the use of a save state only because I really like this series. Then again if he beats this and starts a new BB, I would also be happy. I just want more Breaking Brad.

I am 100% in support of new save points. Be kind to yourself, Brad. That said, I like the suggestion TheodoricFriede made below, that it should come with a formal declaration of being broken.
