I'm getting a bit annoyed that no one will actually inform the other players about the spirit system.

Remember when UPF was 2 hours 20 minutes long because they actually had stuff to fill the show with?

The sound of eating chips and bags is horrible on stream.

Screw the N64 wrestling games, Smackdown was always better.

That rollercoaster game reminded me of the terrible Rollercoaster World on PS2. It also had a CAD Rollercoaster editor, and a very poor attempt at a management game. Every single pre-built rollercoaster you got with the game had everybody dying by falling off or subjected to ridiculous G forces.

Transformers ride didn't replace Spider-Man, but they are similar (but Spider-Man is better).

Transformers is in Universal Studios, Spider-Man is in Islands of Adventure.

The Ipad/Phone/TV wrestling thing Dan did was pretty damn great. And then the snacktime thing. And the Royal Rumble stuff.

@czarpyotr: yeah, I'm not a very healthy eater or anything, and I'll occasionally eat garbage, but I'm not vaunting it. So I agree, the "YARRG I am such an animal, I only eat deep fried cheese balls" routine does get a bit grating.

But I also think they mostly do it for comedic value..

@6n00bkilla9: I think there's middle ground where we don't have to be dicks about healthy eating on both sides. Any advocacy for putting food in your body that is actually supposed to go in there doesn't automatically have to trigger defence mechanisms in your brain, and likewise those who advocate for healthy eating don't have to do so angrily.

It bums me out that the obesity rate is so high that taking basic care of oneself is now seen as this high and mighty act that only a minority of people partake in.

It's their choice. It's fun and goofy. Don't make this a thing.

That's a really silly thing to say, even in the Ryckert scale. Some healthy food is great some deep fried dishes taste good too. Most healthy good dishes do normally have more nuanced preparation process...the fact that you seem unwilling to try anything that takes the slightest bit of effort is your issue, but the options exist.

I also wanted to say that I really loved the coaster chat from the guys, and Dan again has been killing it with these shows. Dan has been the best thing for Giant Bomb in years IMO.

I miss this about gaming. Sitting on the couch with a bunch of friends, snacks, soda and just playing games. Miss those days.
