    Hey guys!
     
    This all is pretty spoileriffic, but the non spoiler gist of it is this: There is a secret mission that you can unlock, which is required to get the General Warfield portray and "Finish all 29 missions" achievement. From all accounts that I have read you can not retroactively unlock the mission using the archive!!
     
    This means if you miss it, you will have to start over. ( If I am wrong on this, I apologize. I have not tried it yet myself, but everywhere it is being said that it won't unlock in the archive. )
     
    The mission is unlocked in the presumed last mission of the Matt Horner. The name of the mission that you unlock the secret mission in is "Media Blitz".

    I did not know this, and now I have to replay through the entire game just to finish the one secret mission which is a bummer. I did not keep older saves as I did not think that It would bone me like that. Meh..
     
    Since I did not see any other posts - I figured I'd post it as a heads-up so other people don't get screwed over like I did.

    EDIT:  No wait, just checked my achievements.  I think I blew up the base, cause I blew up all the shit in that level.  I'm only halfway done the game, so I can replay the level and do it again right?

    I believe that as long as you have not departed to Char, you can. But I have not tried. I beat the game and I can't go back to it, is all that I know at this point. @@
     
    Edit: Bad wording on my part. I meant to say that the mission that you unlock the secret mission in is "Media Blitz". As I play the german version, I am not 100% sure what the name of the secret mission is in english. If you know feel free to post so others know :)

    @Havox:  I did not keep one. I kept overwriting my first Wings of Liberty save all the way till the end. :/

    Wouldn't you be able to reload one of the billion autosaves from an older mission and just complete it?  Or even abort mission to go back to the bridge?

    @StarvingGamer:  I only have auto saves of the last few missions. Not sure if it prunes them out after a while or if I had deleted em, thinking that i was just gonna use the archive. XD I can't seem to get to the bridge at this point in the game. But oh well. As good of a time as any to catch up on the Hard mode achievements. And work on getting more of the upgrade achievements, which I believe require multiple playthroughs anyway.
