A digital distribution service owned by Valve Corporation. Originally created to distribute Valve's own games, Steam has since become the de facto standard for digital distribution of PC games.
Open Steam, then go to Store, select settings from the Steam menu and click on the Account tab. I tend to use Paypal for my transactions so I can't say how much can be changed after this point.
This edit will also create new pages on Giant Bomb for:

Comment and Save
