    Tomo is the illegimate daughter of Tomoyo's and Takafumi's father and Yuko. She is strongly averse to conflict and will insist that the offending parties kiss each other to make up, much to Tomoyo's dismay.

    Tomo is currently attending kindergarten. She and Yuko lives at an apartment in the same area as Tomoya's apartment.

    Background

    Yuko had an affair with Tomoyo's and Takafumi's father and bore Tomo. They later had a fight and they broke up. Yuko later discovered that she suffered from an incurable disease. She left Tomo at the Sakagami residence to hand her over to her father's care. Takafumi discovered Tomo and brought her to Tomoya's apartment instead.

    Tomo was first seen on July 7 asleep at Tomoya's apartment after he returned from work. Takafumi begged Tomoya to keep her secret from his mother because her relationship with her husband is still fragile. Takafumi suggested that Tomoya pretend to be her father. Tomo woke up and accepted Tomoya as her father and Tomoyo as her mother. Tomo knew that her parents broke up and about her relation to the Sakagami family. Tomoyo bought a bear and panda plushie and a picture book for Tomo.

    The next day, Tomo left the kindergarten by herself to her previous home. Tomoya and Tomoyo discovered her and found that the apartment was empty. Tomo became depressed.

    That Sunday, Tomoya asked if Tomo wanted to meet her mother. She agreed. Tomoya, Tomoyo, and Tomo went to meet Yuko at the park. Tomo rushed to her and hugged her. Yuko simply apologized for being a bad parent wished Tomo a good life then left. Tomo was left dumbfounded and Tomoyo cried, promising Tomo happiness.

    One day at kindergarten, Tomoya noticed that a man was looking at Tomo. Some time later, he realized that the man was actually the father of Tomo's friend who wondered where Tomo went to after she moved out of her previous home.

    On August 3, Yuko sent Tomoya a letter. She explained that she realized how much Tomo meant to her and requested Tomoya to take photos of Tomo for her. He then took photos of Tomo playing at the park with Tomoyo, Takafumi, and Kanako.

    On August 11, Tomoya, Tomoyo, and Kanako went to visit Yuko at a remote village. Yuko explained her situation but Tomoya decided that Tomo should be with Yuko. He then spent the next few days renovating an old building into a school. Tomoyo argued that Tomo will suffer a second loss of her mother since she will be passing away soon and that they were Tomo's parents now. Tomoya argued that Yuko was still Tomo's real mother and that Tomo truly wanted to return to her mother. Tomoyo was starting to lose her mind over Tomoya's stubbornness and her attachment to Tomo.

    On August 23, Takafumi and Tomo went to the village. Tomoya explained Yuko's situation to Tomo then allowed her return to her mother. Tomo asked to see Tomoyo again. Tomoyo showed up wearing a bear suit. She gave Tomo a wreath of flowers and Tomo gave her a bear plushie. Tomoyo promised Tomo that she will be stronger for her and wished for Tomo to be strong as well.

    Tomo spent the next few years with Yuko. Tomo was happy at the village.
