Blood holds all the memories of everyone and it's video game. 

 Also your going to be wrong when you play as Alitair in the new game. The fact that ezio flashes back to alitair proves you wrong.

This and the gameplay demo were both incredible. Can't wait to play this.

That was pretty good, although it didn't feel as badass in a lot of parts. At the least I'm looking forward to it.

He's pretty badass for being over 50 in this latest game. Hope I can do that when I'm his age. I can't even recognize Ezio anymore. Must be the beard.

And yes Enzio needed his own game. I like how this is following a different route than previous games. As long as they can keep the quality high I'm happy.

Nah, the gameplay demo shows some animus stuff wit ha white door on a ridge or something. Desmond is still part of it

What ACII told us is that the memory of an ancestor ends as soon as the connecting offspring is conceived. So that means that Ezio has the child that leads to Desmond after any game he appears in. So you can technically never witness Ezio's death first hand. At most you could play his child witnessing his death. But what's funny when you think about it, is that while working in the Animus, you can never control the ancestor up to their death, it's just not possible.

Those AC guys know how to make excellent trailers. Or at least the people they outsource them to do.

It appears Ubi is learning from some other publishers.  Free upgrade to better edition with pre-order ala Dark Souls.  I can dig that...now I just have to play AC II and AC:B before fall!

The last game was good enough that I have no qualms about buying this on day one without seeing any of it beforehand. However, having seen this ... it really does look like the story is coming to a head with Ezio. I don't mind that they're fleshing out his story: I liked him better as a character than Altair, and am curious about how they're going to bring the two stories together.

So great, yet tainted by all that exclusive pre-order nonsense. I may as well get it from Gamestop, I always buy the soundtrack anyway. Sigh..

For all the people confused about why ezio can see altair without having ever been inside or heard of an animus...

Every one of desmond's ancestors are descendants of 'Those who came before' and Adam and Eve, this is why they all have the Eagle Vision as it is known as the 'Sixth Sense' of those who came before (Minerva etc. the race that enslaved humans until adam and eve broke free, there was some interbreeding between the humans and their slavers which gave adam and eve the eagle vision). This sixth sense allows them to see clues left behind by their ancestors including that bleed effect thing ezio seems to be experiencing, and the markings on the wall desmond sees at the end of the very first game. It also gives some form of resistance to pieces of Eden, which is how Adam and Eve escaped their control, and why Altair doesnt lose the final battle of the first game. Still puzzles me why desmond stabbed lucy though...

That is the best pre-rendered trailer I have ever seen.

This was the only good trailer to come out of the UBI presentation. Or maybe it was just so good it made everything else look like crap. Except for maybe Far Cry 3.
