    Anybody else notice that the voices didn't match the mouths once throughout the whole game i find it kind of annoying. What about you guys did you notice that too?

    Yeah, the lip synching was terrible in the game... although I'm pretty sure they're aware of the issue and are gonna address it in the DLC.

    It has probably due to the fact that the lip version used is in finish.

    Except it's not.  The motion capture actors are finnish, but just as you saw in the last episode of Bright Falls, the actor "playing" Alan Wake is speaking english, and they just dub the voice actor over it.   
     
    The problem is just poor lip animation, just as the facial expressions (especially eyes) are strangely stiff.  All cutscenes are pre-rendered, and my guess is that they were completed a while ago before they had a chance to finesse the expressions and lip sync.  You can see other signs of the time delay, such as the gameplay sections having different color timing than the cutscene even though they take place in the exact same time and space.

    The facial animations look like they were designed may years ago when the film was first devised. Definitely the weakest part of the game.
