Masaru Sera is the Third Chairman of the Tojo Clan in the Yakuza series. He was heavily involved in the power struggle for the Empty Lot in Yakuza 0. He's the man tasked with keeping the clan together after the murder of Sohei Dojima.
A shadow figure that is seen in cahoots with Tetsuo Nikaido. His role is unknown.
Tetsuo Nikaido is a member of the Omi Alliance and a conspirator of the Kamurocho outbreak. He is the chairman of the Go-Ryu family and has been a part of the family since Goda Ryuji was there.
