My New Favorite Box Art: Tropico 3

Check out this dude's beard!

Kalypso and Haemimont were just in the office to show off a pre-release version of Tropico 3. I'll have a bit more to say about that later (short version: it's a return to form for fans of the original Tropico that don't want to be pirates), but for now, check out this guy on the box art:

I'm not going to actively suggest that people put Ryan's face onto this guy, but... well... I'm not going to not actively suggest that people put Ryan's face onto this guy, either.

Why is it that every time a picture of a large bearded man is featured on this website, 27 seconds later Ryan's face is shooped onto it? 
Admittedly, Jeff's coaxing probably didn't slow the process... THIS TIME.
