This guy is a fucking idiot.  I believe in Jesus everything, but I hate calling myself a "christian" because of stupid bastards like this guy.  No wonder everyone thinks christians are morons that just blindly believe anything these insane people say.  And the sad thing is, the majority of christians are most likely like that, but just letting you people know that there are those of us out there that aren't completely insane. 
 
Also, I totally remember being in christian elementary school when everyone started flipping out. It's pretty pathetic when even a 4th grader realizes that saying pokemon is demonic is one of the most insane things ever, but for some reason the multitude adults in the christian community don't realize it. Whenever I see things like this video it makes me depressed because I realize how unintelligent a lot of people in this world truly are.

Alright. I'm Christian and I see that entire video as WTF. Pokemon are demonic?

It's nice to see Jack Thompson back at work. He never needed the actual law in his last job. Clearly, he doesn't need the Bible to back up his arguments in this job either.

Couldn't have said it better, and as a fellow christian and gamer I completely agree (I'm also a rocker, a geek, a singer, a smoker, a student, Dutch and fat... if all stereotypes were suddenly true I'd probably explode or something). We're living proof both stereotypes are pretty retarded... on that note, all stereotypes are.

People should think about what it is, exactly, that makes clips like these seem stupid and just plain wrong... and then think twice before doing the exact thing they hate.

While I do understand, and can even sympathize a bit, with the people saying "Not ALL Christians are like that!", keep in mind that your most vocal "leaders" are out of they're damn minds!  How else are we supposed to perceive you if the ones that do all the talking for you are spouting crazy about how playing some video game is a one way ticket to an eternity in PainfullFireLand?  Stand up to these jagoffs and tell them to shut up if you don't like people thinking that this is all you and your faith stand for.

How old is this video? While Pokemon games still do relatively well, it's nowhere near and controversial as it once was. I believe part of the upset school and religious officials were giving the franchise was that kids would get into fist fights over Pokemon cards and so forth. I still think it was pretty funny how one of the other Giantbomb users said this was Youtube spam. :P

ha that is funny. pokemon= devil. i just think yo-gi-oh is more devlish then anything. i watched the first season on youtube. there was a lot of references to a person's soul. yugi's puzzle had a soul in there, peggisses stole yugi's grandfather, also stole kiva and brother, yugi's grandfather was taken, yugi's friend had an evil soul, bandit keith soul was taken from some dude, the dude can take a lot of people's soul.  a lot of things about souls in there.  in that example u see yo-gi-oh is more of a devil.
