Yes, There Will Be More Mass Effect 3 DLC

Here are my thoughts on Mass Effect 3 and the hype around it!

I'll get it because I love Mass Effect but EA doesn't deserve my money. I believe they were the ones that caused this ending. ME2s DLC was really good so I'm hopeful for ME3 DLC

I for one am looking forward to seeing Obsidian Entertainment's Mass Effect 3: New Vegas in the near future.

I'm down, I really loved ME3.

So after hearing a bit on the 'leaked' info of Leviathan of Dis this sounds pretty awesome but given that all new DLCs are going to be set before the Cerberus HQ mission kinda makes it seem like it would be better to have a save file somewhere in the middle of the game... It kinda sucks that we're done with the Reapers they had the coolest villian names (Sovergein , Harbinger, Leviathan).

I wonder whether there will be a Complete Collection for the 3 games,so I won't have to buy those silly "bioware points" for the DLCs.

I was completely on board with the Indoctrination theory and kept thinking they'd go there until space kid shows up, but I'm still content with the new endings.

I will never pay for dlc for ME3. That ending pretty much killed all excitement for the ME universe for me.

Hopefully the Game of the Year edition will be out by mid-2013 so I can play through the complete form. I feel like the current price is reasonable for the base game, but that unknown quantity of DLC is a bit of a hold back.

When do we get the option to Sex up Wrex as one of our romance quest? Where is the DLC pack? what the fuck is biowares problem not giving me that option? I have to settle for the green dude and blue chick and that Garrus guy is the best choice what the hell bioware ? Wrex is the right alien man for me nobody else comes close.

In the new, new ending DLC, Shepard shoots the Reaper's in the face with shotgun.

I am 100% done with the Mass Effect series and any future titles released by Bioware. That company has lost any respect I once gave it.

Wonder if all the DLC will have more endings included. At least with ME2 the DLC made sense but with 3 trying to bring everything to a conclusion, it seems that the DLC is just all the stuff they cut to put in the multiplayer or things thought of after the game was put out (instead of putting it in the game while taking out the multiplayer).

@BPRJCTX: ME2 is maybe one of the best games this generation, you should probably get it.

Nothing can ever get me excited again for more Mass Effect, the ending even with the extra scenes is just makes me angry at how they screwed up the original ones so badly.

If anything it just seems like they just went down a checklist of everything that people complained about them messing up the first time and then adjusted it. It showcases how half-assed the original ones were and should be a good lesson for future developers to not fuck up on the ending to a trilogy.

I wouldn't mind going back and playing more DLC, but I'm worried about what place it will have in the story if you play it after the main story.

Not interested in more DLC for ME3 now and won't be buying any that they release. I appreciated having the EC to fix the god awful original endings, but it doesn't change that I am no longer invested or interested in ME as a franchise anymore.

I wonder if another DLC will elaborate why the reapers went straight for the LHC around one of the planets

there was a brief but really interesting piece of info in the planets descriptions that they took it out like a high priority target

DLC in games like this irk me, where your supposed to form such a strong connection to the story. If you're not willing to invest in what i think is personally way too much for the amount of content you receive, you're basically blocked off from what seems to become the canon story.

i don't like these huge story beats they keep adding in DLC they seem contrived and forced and don't flow with the rest of the game and just come out of the blue, they end up watering down their own story. shadow broker at least did a good job in that it was a consistant theme throughout the games. but i guess it's EA's not going to deem that people like me will skip the DLC if it seems non essential, like a trivial pinnacle station thing i can easily leave. it fits in the world but doesn't add any huge game changing element.

I'm happy that EA and Bioware are still supporting the Mass Effect series by giving us more DLC single-player missions, despite the controversy the ending for Mass Effect 3 caused.

I plan to read some reviews to see if this DLC is good or not.

I think Mass Effect 3 is the best game in the series so Ill totally be down for more of it, though I dont really know how that would work since you already know Shepard's fate so it would kind of be insignificant.

I just finished ME3 with the new ending and found it quite satisfying. I wonder how much is new, but it reminds just how amazing a universe Mass Effect has. I want more, and if whatever new DLC comes along has some good narrative elements, I'll check it out.

I played and finished Mass Effect 1.

And that's where i left this series, loved it, wanted to play 2, but i'm glad i didn't.

Sign me up, I'm down for more Mass Effect.

Hell yeah !!!! Just hope that the new SP DLC is on par with "Lair of the Shadow Broker" (or any other .... :P I like them all , except the one that gives you an arena style of game from the first ME )

If it were afterwards then it means Bioware are completely lacking the balls to stand by their original conclusion and have allowed a vocal minority of people to sacrifice their story.

That's really the biggest question that I have about the whole situation as well. It's extremely hard to tell if either incompetence or malice is responsible for all the controversial stuff, especially with EA so tightly at the helm.

I'm really waiting for a disgruntled employee to break their silence and give us the full story; a story that's not drowning in PR fluff. It might take years, but you know it has to happen.

I am okay with this.
