Khan is a specialist in Narrative Design leadership.
She has worked at Deep Silver Dambuster Studios as the Lead Narrative Designer on Dead Island 2; at Splash Damage as a Senior Narrative Designer on Gears: Tactics; at Bigpoint as a Senior Narrative Designer on various browser and mobile games; at Gameforge as a Game Designer on the localization, in-game events and monetization, and publishing in Europe of the American game Wizard101; at the now-defunct studio Realtime Worlds as a Creative Designer on APB; and she got started in the industry at Turbine (now WB East). She was a QA tester there on Lord of the Rings Online: The Shadows of Angmar, and within a year was promoted to Associate Content Designer for the Forochel and Moria regions of the game.
Khan has also given a talk at GDC 2016, given lectures on the topics of narrative design and leadership for the Quickload accelerator program and to various universities, and is an active mentor.
