Did you preorder? I think its only available to those who preordered it. I could be wrong, you might want to check with Best Buy and see if they can give you a code.

I bought it from Best Buy and received the Catwoman code, the Robin Code, a code for the Gotham City Imposters beta, and a code for a digital download of Under the Red Hood. I did not pre order.

This. I didn't buy it from Best Buy, but the preorder bonuses from the place I did buy it were in the case.

hm okay. I'll give best buy a call tomorrow then and see. Hopefully they can give me it. I just found it wierd that there was a sticker on the case that said robin was included and it wasn't there.

Except he didn't get it for free. He got it for $60 (or whatever Arkham City is running for).

I went for the wal-mart deal so I have no clue if there are any bonuses in there. Who cares though. I'm getting Arkham Asylum (never played it before) and City for $70. It's like I'm getting Arkham City for $40.

There should have been two cards in it that were exactly the same size. One was catwoman, the other was robin. I bought my version from best buy as well but I had both codes.

I have only bought one thing from best buy so i wouldn't know how crappy their system is but from what I know about them, just give em a call and tell them what is wrong. I doubt they will say No and not try and help you. Never hurts to try. Might even get a Giftcard as a "We are sorry"

My brother got it from Toys R'Us and got the Catwoman code, the 1970s Batman skin, and an action figure of Arkham Asylum Batman re-pained to look like 1970s Batman. He didn't even pre-order the game.

My point is... don't underestimate those extras.

I don't think best buy actually packages any of the games... I believe they come pre-packaged that way. The number of games with the codes inside are probably determined by anticipated pre-orders erring on the side of caution and getting more games than they need. Those left over after pre-orders are sold normally even though they have the pre-order code inside. That also explains why the promised code for non-pre orders comes with a "while supplies last" clause.

@Teran: I actually work at Best Buy, And all 200 or so had the sticker for the Robin code. And we only had around 10 pre-orders. I'm thinking it'll turn out like how EA has the first run 'Limited Editions', and once we sell out of these, the Robin code will no longer be in them.

I got my Catwoman, Robin, and Gotham City Impostors codes. Didn't notice any Under the Red Hood code, but I might have missed it.

I also did not receive my Robin code. I pick the game up Tuesday and called BB that night. They confirmed that it was supposed to be in the box and to call back in 48 hours to see if they had a resolution for it. Well, I called back and guess what was not resolved? This time they told me to contact the store I purchased it at. I asked her what were they going to do and she couldn't tell me. I will give them a call tomorrow when they are opened. Can't wait to see what they tell me. Not real sure they can even help me at the store level.

The code ought to be in there. I bought Assassins Creed Brotherhood from Bestbuy, when it went on sale a few months back, and I got the Captain multiplayer skin...which was the pre-order DLC for that game.

The code should be in the same spot as the Catwoman DLC code. Mine came with the DKR skin, Catwoman DLC, Iceberg Lounge code, Gotham City Imposters Beta code, and the Robin bundle pack DLC code.
