i reached rank 13 today i was pretty sure that is when you unlock body armor. it wasnot in my specs and in the weapons and gadgets section it wont tell me when it is unlockable and it is also blacked out like i havent unlocked it. is this something that is just wrong with my disc? 
 
UPDATE: is lvl 13 when your supposed to get body armor. It may be another rank

Hmmm... maybe you have to rank up past rank 13? Like to 14 or so?

i landed on exactly zero once and it meant i needed to play another game for the unlocks.. maybe not though. just try another game

Isn't it closer to level twenty?

It says 13, but it's 14. Same thing for slugs. You'll unlock it the level after it's saying in the description. 
 
Luckily - I didn't even notice these issues due to playing it sooo much, it didn't even matter to me at the time.

I'm not sure about that, exactly. However, I know some things, like the G3, have the wrong rank listed alongside them. They must have changed the levels at some point and didn't update the display numbers accordingly.

yeah same issue happened to me. I got body armor at 14 but didn't recieve magnum yet. (still currently a level 14). Im assuming ill get magnum in the next level

The Slugs for the shotguns are level 11 unlock if I remember correct, I'm 15 or 16 and it has not unlocked yet.
