I have to pre-order to try the beta?  Pass.

I'll hope to get in the PC beta in December, but even if I don't get in that they're still doing a multiplayer demo for everyone later so looks like a lot of chances to play.

actually its not exclusive since its on the PC as well and its not a beta but a demo, a beta is something where the developers find people to report bugs and glitches, this is just an attempt to get preorders.

It's a beta.  DICE has had problems with PS3 multiplayer for the last two releases.  With the rise in PS3 ownership, I'm sure they're concerned that the problems will happen again.  There's a reasonable chance that the 360 beta just hasn't been announced yet if MS is waiting until after MW2 goes out for the extra hype around the game.

The latest post on the PS.Blog said that they and other gaming news outlets (IGN, Gamespot, etc.) will be giving out beta keys as well.  Hopefully they won't be so exclusive about how many people can participate in the beta.
