Please, for the love of God, tell me: How do I get to this chest? It's one at a blockade in the northern area of The Ridgeway.  I've tried stacking cars, I've tried propelling myself up there, NOTHING WORKS.  Any ideas at all?  It's driving me nuts.

theres crates stacked to the right of you in the picture. climb on top of those and then run across the fence over to the chest

Until that one you find with a pearl weapon in it. Mmm.

Yeah, the chest is just gonna be random junk not worth the effort you put through trying to get to it.
