    Simple Plain fun

To define the game simply it’s perfect. The game is simple plain fun. Instant action from the start. The previous game was also like this but lacked the sheer sense of speed and takedowns. The game also feels like the fastest game on earth. There may be other games that go over 209 miles per hour but no one gives the sense of speed that this game gives and makes you go on oncoming lane and dodge the fast approaching oncoming traffic and really feels like its going at 209.

In burnout you wont be worried about your opponents only but also the traffic. As you will race on the track you will have to dodge the traffic those are like the hurdles in a hurdles race. Also another great thing about the is its rubber band AI, meaning you are never far ahead of your opponents unless you nail all the turns and have been boosting constantly.
Also when you push the burnout or the boost button the sudden boost in speed feels very good. When you push the boost button it feels like the car just turned on a jet engine. The camera suddenly moves back giving you the sense of raw acceleration.

Yeah what about the crash mode, its one of the things that makes it stand out from all the other racing games. And a game with the crash mode only would make a very fantastic game. Also the road rage mode is really very fantastic. Takedown of enemy cars in road rage and other race modes feels very satisfying. Making carnage in the crash mode is am awesome feeling.

Graphically the game is beautiful. The cars in the game look good and car geometry and reflections are also done very well. The tracks are very good looking and well designed.

The games difficulty varies from very easy to hard. The harder difficulty races come at the end when you do the last few preview laps and the F1 grandprix. The hard races require you to complete the race without any crash and constant boosting from start till the finish line. Most of the preview laps with F1 cars are a bit hard. But nailing all the corners is the key to getting gold in these events, knowing the traffic pattern also helps.

In the end I would say that if you have a PS2 or an XBox and you haven't played this game than you have missed out on a perfect gaming experience. If you don’t play driving games than this is the one to get you started. Because this game has the perfect gaming experience that you can have from a driving game. If you play the single player than you are looking at 25 to 30 hours of pure raw fun. But if you play online than you have hot yourself a gem. You would have hours and hours of fun and great time playing this game online.

The pinnacle of arcade racing 0

Blaze a path of destruction and never look back. It's the philosophy behind Burnout 3. There have been vehicular combat games that encouraged slamming opponents before B3, but none had ever done it with such a realized sense of aggression and satisfaction, and none have been able to match it's impact. The blood thirsty addiction to taking out opponents that players develop while playing B3 gives it an edge in the crowded world of arcade racing games, which struggled to find a new icon after the ...

      Simply the Best 0

Let me begin by saying that I never played the original Burnout nor Burnout 2. I came into Burnout 3 with a clean slate, except for all the hype surrounding it, and not truly sure what to expect. After about an hour of playing I decided that it was probably the best arcade racing game I'd ever played. After a few more hours I was sure of it. And then, after another dozen hours I started to wonder if it was the overall racing game I'd ever played, period. Yes, it is that good. Burnout 3 isn't jus...
