    I believe by completing all of the daytime events will get you one of the bikes, and completing all of the nighttime events gets you the other one. I'm basing this off a quick Google.

    This is true. I know because I actually finished all the races...not a fan of the bikes though.

    just getting 50% of your license will get you one bike. Getting 100% gets the other. It doesn't matter what races you do to get there.

    Actually you get one at %50 bike license and the other at %100.
