CoD:WaW part 1
Call of Duty:World at War is the fifth installment of call of duty & takes place during WW2.The beginning takes place on the Pacific Island called Makin Atoll.Carlson's Raiders,marines including Sgt.Sullivan & Cpl.Roebuck,rescue Pvt.Miller(american antagonist) & other M.I.A.s from Japanese forces.Together Pvt.Miller,Sgt.Sullivan,Cpl.Roebuck, & the marines fight they're way to the evac point.They come across an ammunition bunker & set C4 inside until they escape the island.After they escape the island the C4 detonates leaving total destruction.After they're succesful escape on Makin Atoll.Sullivan,Miller,Roebuck, & new team member-Pvt.Polonsky assaulted Peleliu to take out Triple25 machine gun anti aircraft turrets that are destroying U.S. aircraft.They manage their way through trenches & eventually takeover the Triple25 machine guns.Then,Japanese forces attempted to retake the area,but they failed because of a naval bombardent.The team regroups at a door,but then there was a loud yell & a banzai attacker came into the building & stabbed Sullivan.Roebuck quickly killed the banzai attacker & went to help Sullivan.Sullivan dies from his wound.Cpl.Roebuck ranked up to Sergeant and lead Miller & Polonsky to the Peleliu Airfield to takeover it.After fighting through the airfield,they eventually take it over.Meanwhile in Stalangrad,Russia there has been a massacre of Russian solders by German solders.Pvt.Pentrenko(Russian antagonist) somehow survived & found another alive Russian solder,Sgt.Reznov,who was supposed to assasinate General Heinriech Amsel,German General who orded the massacre.Reznov's hand was wounded so he gave Pentrenko a Scoped Mosan-Nagant.The two man team met up with Sgt.Daletski,Russian solder,and his men.Reznov & Pentrenko finally assasinate the German General.Pentrenko gets captured,but is saved by Reznov.Reznov tells Pentrenko "once again,you cheat death".Reznov,Pentrenko,& Pvt.Chernov,private under Reznov's men,attack Seelow Heights.The team wipes out all the German defenses there.
