They have done Zelda, now they've done Mario. Capcom have a licensed Mario arcade game which is on the way in Japan, it's basically a spruced up toy grabbing game with a Mario Party twist.

It will probably never reach Western shores...

They've actually done Mario Kart as well. It looks pretty interesting, to say the least.

They haven't, Namco-Bandai has done Mario Kart.

I just thought some might find it interesting to see any Mario game made by Capcom...

I want to play the arcade Mario Kart game.  At least that game hit the states, I think.

At least it confirms that Mario Party is still alive, somewhat. The graphics are disappointing for an arcade game though, especially a Japanese one, which are always top of the line.

I've seen those Mario Kart arcades at family places like Chuck E. Cheese, I believe. They're relatively close to my house. Pac-Man is a playable character.

@Apathylad: Yeah.  I've read about them online.  If I only had an arcade here.  :(

So you play the game and get coins for chances at a claw game? Sounds like something I would play obsessively... If this came to America it would probably be a hit at Dave and Buster's, more than half the games there are the casual-friendly ticket dispensing type and Mario is popular enough to bridge that gap.

I've played both games before. I recently got beaten by some cute 4 year old girl on the sequel, I was actually trying really hard to beat her, but I ended up losing badly lol. I made out to my girlfriend that I dropped the race on purpose, after I saw how cute she was  (-they take a picture of your face before the race)

@Linkyshinks: Now if this game come out on the Virtual Console Arcade, that would be awesome.
