I could see Katherine either being Michelle Ruff or Wendee Lee.  Yuri Lowenthal as Toby seems almost too easy.  Liam O'Brien as Master?

I can see Kari Wahlgren as Katherine. Put on her Raine Sage voice and there you go.

Johnny Yong Bosch will be a character in the game.

I honestly can't think of a good voice actress that would play Katherine... Hale's too tough. I dunno, someone who can really sell her, can't think of anyone.

Yuri Lowenthal as Toby,  David Wittenberg as John and someone with a sexy voice as Erica.

I wanna see Tracey Rooney play Erica.....I'm really not to sure about anyone else.

Nolan North will be cast as every single character. and all sound effects will just be Nolan making the sounds with his mouth. e.g. a door will just be nolan making the sound of a door opening.

Wendee Lee for Katherine 
North North for everyone else (even the sheep)

Allegedly, Michelle Ruff(she VA'd Yukari Takeba in P3), said she would voice Katherine on some weird japan-fundraiser podcast.

I don't know what role he would play, but Steve Blum would be awesome. I could see Tara Strong in this as well.

Robin Atkin-Downes as...somebody. He seems to pop up almost as much as Steve Blum does, but he's more frequent in games (vs. Blum, who does more anime).

So far the cast has been great as far as I'm concerned. With the 3 main out of the way I expect the remaining cast to be just as well picked.

Since manual lip-syncing is being used for Catherine, I think this is basically a confirmation that there won't be dual-audio like some people had hoped.

Troy Baker does a good job, sounding less Kanji and more adult.
Michelle Ruff sounds a bit too young but I have only seen one scene where she talked.
Laura Bailey sounds pretty sexy.

I hope they put dual-language in, but if not, its shaping up to be pretty solid.

Troy's a good guy, I'm looking forward to his Vincent.

I fucking love Troy Baker as Vincent. It's great. Bailey's also pretty awesome as Catherine. Not too sure about Ruff as Katherine, though.

The amount of sex that Laura Bailey put into the voice is amazing. I'M NOT COMPLAINING HNNNNGH

Liam O'Brien as Orlando.. Interesting. That makes four Persona VAs in this game so far that we know of- Akihiko and  Yukari from Persona 3, and Kanji and Rise from Persona 4. Funny stuff; they're all 'grown up'!

Agreed with everyone, Troy is perfect and I think Laura Bailey nails it as well.
Michelle Ruff I thought was a good pick at first, but I'm not sure about her now. Sounds too young or something. I keep hearing Yukari too.

And I think Liam O'Brien as Orlando is amazing. My favorite after Troy and Laura.
