Claudia Black is an Australian Actress known primarily for her roles in the Stargate and Farscape television series. She has also voice acted in several games.

Overview

Born in Sydney, Australia, Claudia is best known for her roles as Aeryn Sun in Farscape from 1999-2003, and as Vala Mal Doran in Seasons 9-10 of Stargate SG-1, as well as appearing in the two Stargate SG-1 movies: The Ark of Truth and Continuum, and the Farscape movie The Peacekeeper Wars. She was nominated for a Saturn Award for Best Actress in 2001, 2002 and 2005 for her roles in Farscape, winning the award in 2005. Claudia has also been a supporting character in the movies Pitch Black and Queen of the Damned.

More recent work includes voice acting for the games Conan as A'Kanna, Crysis as Helena, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves as Chloe Frazer, Dragon Age: Origins as Morrigan and Mass Effect 2 as Admiral Xen. She was also an announcer for the 2009 Spike TV Video Game Awards.
