    Overview

Chaos Code: New Sign of Catastrophe is a 2D sci-fi fantasy fighting game developed and released by FK Digital for arcades (using PC-based Taito Type X2 hardware via NESiCAxLive) in Japan on June 19, 2013.

An enhanced update to the 2011 fighting game Chaos Code, New Sign of Catastrophe features numerous balance tweaks while supporting the NESiCAxLive online distribution service. A later update added two additional characters (Lupinus and Ray).

It was later ported to the PlayStation 4, released digitally by Arc System Works in Japan on November 9, 2016. The international version, as well as a port to the PC, was digitally released on March 15, 2017. It also received an arcade re-release (as Chaos Code: Exact Xeno Attack) by exa-Arcadia for their PC-based exa-Arcadia hardware on May 15, 2020.
