Darci Morales (born 15 January 1975) is an American video game producer. She has worked on titles such as Republique, Tornado Outbreak, The Suffering: Ties That Bind, This Is Vegas, Midnight Club II, Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition and Red Dead Revolver. She began her career in the videogame industry at Sony Computer Entertainment America as a QA tester, working later at Rockstar San Diego, Midway Games, Heavy Iron Studios and Surreal Software, Inc. where she made the shift to videogame production.
Her philosophy of videogame production is that "If you're doing your job right, your team won't even think about it - or know you're doing it. You keep everything running smoothly so that they can focus on their tasks. When this works, it's like magic."
She has also worked as a voice actor on two games (Red Dead Revolver and Tornado Outbreak).
She is currently Senior Producer at Camouflaj, working on the episodic title Republique.
