David A. Palmer Productions originally started out in 1977 as Palmer Acoustics Ltd, as an audio manufacturer.
In 1981 Palmer Acoustics Ltd started working on video games. Palmer Acoustics Ltd started out working on games for systems such as the: Sinclair Spectrum, Commodore 16 and 64, and Amstrad. In 1993 the Palmer Acoustics Ltd video game divisions was officially named David A. Palmer Productions. SInce 1981 the company has been involved in the design devlopment and or publishing of over 250 video games and David A Palmer has worked with nearly all the major movie studios (the company hasn't worked with Disney!) The companies sister company Hi-Tec Software was a major licensee with Warner Bros for all 103 Looney Tunes caharacters from 1988 to 1992 and also with Hanna Barbera Studios.
