Hey folks, just got my copy of DP in the mail on friday, had to order it from some ebay store in Manitoba.  I'm curious, has anyone seen it on shelves in Canada?  I've tried all the major Toronto area chains and they don't seem to have it, and Amazon,ca , Bestbuy.ca , and , Futureshop.ca don't seem to list it on their sites either.

I don't think they sell it in Canada, that or no retailers think its going to sell...

I've seen it many times actually... I was tempted to buy it. So I stopped going out in order to hide those feelings.

I live in Manitoba, and I'm pretty sure I've seen it, although I can't think of where.

I Ordered an Used copy for $12 on Ebay, as there wasn't any copies here in Newfoundland :( Checked like every store, EB, Wally world, HMV, etc.... nothing. Hope my order comes in soon! can't wait to get started!

I bought my copy of deadly premonition brand new from a future shop, it was on the shelves, and I live in a smaller city in BC, so it must be available on shelves in Toronto.

You can always ask Shane Bettenhausen on twitter. But he's apparently at coachella right now so it might not be a good time.

Ended up getting mine via an ebay store in Manitoba, I think Toronto stores underestimated the irresistible draw of Deadly Premonition.

Really?  I will now halt all my leisure activities and run them through you just to make sure I'm not doing anything you would disaprove of.  This is a valuable service you're providing.

It's being sold everywhere but most stores probably only picked up a few copies.

Picked up mine from EB Games/Gamestop store in Mississauga. It was behind the counter and not on display so you may have to ask clerk for it.

I snagged my copy at a Futureshop in Edmonton. 
 
Then I noticed several copies at a brand new Gamestop that opened in West Edmonton Mall.  Managed to convince a couple friends to buy them, now they wont stop berating me for my so-called terrible taste in games.
 
They just dont know beauty when they see it.  Although using the word beauty to describe Deadly Premonition probably isnt the wisest.

I saw some copies at a Wal-mart in Mississauga, looked like they maybe had 4-6 copies on their shelf.  Since they're such a massive store they can afford to carry so many damned games, even if it's just a few copies of each one.  
 
Just look at the deluge of shitty Wii games they stock.

There were a few copies at Futureshop Yonge and Dundas last week, but other than that I haven't seen it around.

I saw copies in my wal-mart, so they definatly sell it up here. It's not like this is a big game... or even a significant game, so it's not like it's going to be everywhere.

I saw some in at blockbuster up for rent which is bullshit because its so cheap might as well buy it

I saw a bunch of copies today at my local Blockbuster, used and new. Also I think I saw some at a nearby Zellers a few days ago.

i saw a couple of Future Shops in Montreal having copies. What fascinates me was that the art insert is bilingual, meaning that someone took the trouble of translating it in French :o

Bought it at my local Futureshop for $24. Thank god for that bargain bin-esque shelf!

i'm gonna pick up a copy tomorrow even if my 360 broke down 2 years ago XD I just need this game, it is simply priceless and I need it in my collection

Walmart had some copies. I`m in Sarnia Ontario. Oh I also lived in New Brunswick for 10 years so anyone from NB what`s up!

Well, I'd buy an Xbox 360 to play it but I don't have $226 lying around to buy an arcade model. Either I import it for the PS3 or I wait for a North American PS3 release that probably won't ever occur. Or maybe the arcade model  will be selling for $129 sometime again. I'd like to be able to say I own all 3 consoles; I have the PS3 and the Wii at this time.
 
No matter how horrid the game looks and plays, its quirkiness has a lot of appeal to me.

Vancouver-area EBs have it. Probably not on shelves though, so you'll have to ask the clerks. When I bought my copy, the manager told me that they've been having trouble keeping Deadly Premonition in stock thanks to the low price point and "the word getting out". Take that as you will!

I can't even find it in the Amazon.co.uk. That's.. almost unreal.

Ive seen it at gamestop, but yeah I concur that its somewhat rare to see.
