I'll assume everyone here is familiar with the concept of 'Pulling a Brad'. In short, it's the term for Brad dying/doing badly on a recorded playing session.
Now to my point. In these first few episodes I've already noticed Brad not being in his element and Ryan making him painfully aware of it. How long do you guys think Ryan will endure the Brad pulling before he takes the controller from him?
I hope he just lets Brad do his thing, seeing Brad doing badly is like 50% of the fun of these BR episodes ^_^
Deadly Premonition
Game » consists of 11 releases. Released Feb 23, 2010
An open-world action-adventure game following an eccentric FBI agent as he investigates a series of bizarre murders in the small rural town of Greenvale.
How many Brads will Ryan endure?
Ryan seems t be just as slow as Brad most of the time anyway....was anyone else practically screaming at them to SHOOT the bird nests for minutes before they realised? Maybe I've just played too much RE4/5 =p Then again so has Brad...
Or when they couldn't figure out where the objective marker had gone on the map when it rotated?
Don't get me wrong, I love 'em both ;)
Ryan wont even know.
He's already begun to feel the influence of Brad's voice. I predict around episode 40, Ryan will declare his love for Brad.

If only there were an appropriate word.

Will Brad and Ryan fall in true love, or will Ryan unleash a fearsome wrath upon Brad. Only time will tell
Ryan's performance in Dante's Inferno puts him in the same place as Brad, and I imagine most of us if put on camera. There's always going to be one game that does that anyways.

I find that this is the most likely outcome of anything heretofore said. I know that I personally have already declared my love for Brad's dulcet tones (though not always his opinions on games).
" @Ineedaname said:Yeah, but he's out of health kits and hasn't figured out that sleeping is a good way to heal when you want to conserve them. Of course, you do wake up hungry, and hunger drains your health if it runs out." @s7evn said:I find it easy to believe that either outcome is possible, in fact, these might be the only two outcomes of this endurance run... " I think the real quest here is this: How long can WE endure Ryan? "
He's actually very okay in the Endurance Run. He had some memorable quips (the Anna Graham bit, the prayers) and he quickly bought what Deadly Premonition was trying to sell with its quirks, which surprised me deeply. Damn, he's not even bitching about the game - Brad does that all the time, while Ryan seems to be enthusiastic just to see what pure insanity awaits around the corner (the races!).
I am shocked it took them so long to realize the vic's name was Anna Graham. Though it's pronounced with the short A, so it's more like Ana.
Also, shooting the nests. Frustrating! At least Vinny was smart enough to read the comments and learn how to shoulder tackle doors.
edit: Oh man, Ryan is compelled to keep watching/playing.
