How many Legendary items on your first playthrough?

I have not found a single one and I'm on nightmare Act 3 :/
Wow so i guess they are super rare then.

30-ish hours of playing; zero oranges. Plenty of yellows and blues though.
There is an abundance of blues for me. And i have had plenty of yellows also.
There was no legendary drop on our "normal" run. We are now on "hell" and so far we had three legendary drops by now (two of them dropped in the second half of "nightmare" while the third one dropped right at the beginning of "hell")...

I've found 2 and I have 2 level 60's
So 1 for each character on first normal playthrough ?

One bow and one recipe, both on normal difficulty in Act 2.
I haven't found a single recipe yet.
Nope, but I'm only on Act 2 of normal difficulty.
Found about 5 rates so far and I'm not sure what to do with them. Should I sell them to a vender (about 150 gold), salvage them, or put them in my chest for a play through with a different class (they're all class specific and not for my class)?

I just turned them into recourses. The sell value to a vendor doesn't really make it worth it. And putting them on Auction House didn't appeal to me. I have used my blacksmith a lot, so breaking down blue and yellow items thats unusable seemed like the right thing to do for me at least.
One lvl 60 setpiece legendary for the Monk's 'Inna's XY' set, and some random legendary spear on Nightmare difficulty Act III.
Legendaries and sets are currently a joke. It takes a very specifc RNG loot generation outcome for an outstanding item, chances for a good legendary item, especially set-pieces, are ridiculously small.

You don't get to level 60 on normal, not on nightmare either. This guy played A LOT.
I am in nightmare act 1 and have not seen any legendary stuff.
I know you dont get to lvl 60 in the first playthrough, in theory you could if you kept grinding. But i guess i was reading his comment the wrong way because of my topic title, which says first playthrough.
Seems like a spoke too soon. Just found one about an hour after posting that I'd never got one. Pity its mostly poop compared to one I bought recently.

You really shouldn't worry too much about them in their current state because in most cases you can find a rare that's better. Blizzard really fucked up the itemization.
Two as I entered "Hell" with my barbarian. A pretty crappy intellect axe on Normal and Etrayu the bow (which I sold for quite a bit of gold) in Act 4 on Nightmare.
First playthrough? I'm in Act 2 Inferno, with 120ish hours played and I'm yet to get a unique drop. My friend gave me some unique boots (Boj Anglers with Int) that dropped for him though.
On my Barbarian (lvl 49, act 4 Nightmare) I haven't found a one - but on my Wizard (lvl 33, act 1 Nightmare) I found one in Normal. I specced him into magic find (he's sitting at +120% at the moment), but I'm not sure if that has helped in this case. Was probably just luck, and damn it was a terrible legendary.
11 so far, one repeated item. Only 2 have been any good. No set items.
Inferno act 3.

Really varies from item to item, a lot of the jewelry can roll consistently well whereas pretty much all weapons are garbage regardless. Also varies between items because some have decent stats that are always going to be on the item, e.g. there is some set amulet that always rolls attack speed.
Non so far across my five characters but from the stats of many of the legendary items I've seen i the Auction house, they are nothing special for the most part so I'm not really that disappointed.
Crazy seeing so many haven't found a single one, even with a massive amount of hours put in, AND multiple playthroughs and characters. Insane.
Almost through with Act I on Nightmare with my Wizard and just started Act II on Normal with a Witch Doctor--nothing so far...
I found 3 in total so far. One in normal, one in nightmare and the last in hell. The first was dropped by a plain goatman in act 1, 2nd and 3rd legendaries were both dropped at the start of act 2 just after meeting the enchantress in the same pile of rocks! All crap though so it really doesn't change anything.

It is actually more cost efficient to sell your unwanted rares at a vendor, and then buy whatever salvage stuff you need at the auction house, where both kinds are dirt cheap.
I have one character in Hell, one on nightmare and few in lvl 30 or so. That's something like 80-90h and I have found one legendary. They were decent, pretty low level boots. Used them for a while and then sold them at the AH. Most of the legendary gear at the AH seems to be super overpriced crap.
