Depends on the gun your carrying as said before. Ex, light machine gun will give you a lot less spring than a sub machine gun.  You can use marathon for unlimited sprint and there is another perk that lets your sprint faster.

Having both systems I will have to say that the 360 is the one you should go with. If you plan on playing any multiplayer, xbox live is great. . Go to your router and open ports 53,80,88,3074. I was having trouble getting in games when certain friends were hosting because I had a moderate NAT. Just open those ports and you will have an open NAT.

World at War wasn't infinity ward. They gave you an extra custom slot per presige level. Infinity ward gave you NOTHING other than the emblems back in COD4, I believe it is the same for MW2. It's about bragging rights and nothing else.
