An isometric action RPG that takes place in and below the town of Tristram. Gothic fantasy weapons and spells are used to defeat hordes of monsters from hell through randomized dungeon levels, continuously gaining experience points, gold, and a variety of equipment to bolster the hero's monster-killing potency along the way.

Game | Not diminishing Diablo's combat, but everyone refers to this game as dumb fun or a bunch of builds for a reason. It's not a "strategy RPG" because this term is used to define games like Fire Emblem and others like it. Again, I'm not saying that there is no strategy or planing in action RPGs, just that this is not and Strategy Game. Diablo is an action RPG in its truest form.
