Ark, if you're like me, maybe this is why. "According to the Guinness World Records Games 2008 book [Donkey Kong 64] holds the record for the largest amount of collectables a game has ever had." Also, the game was freaking HUGE and you weren't all that fast. Too big for it's own good, if you ask me. I got to this door that required 2 special tokens to continue to the final boss, and I only had one of those coins. I went all the way back to an early area, got the other token. Then... I was never able to find that door again. Haha.
Anyway, uhh... I'm not sure what my favorite part of the game is. The god awful DK Rap kind of hurt the game. Every time you started the game up you had to listen to that garbage. Bad move, Nintendo. There were some cool aspects of it, I liked some of the style, but I can't think of any one favorite thing. Lanky Kong is quite rad, though. Maybe he's my favorite thing.
oh yeah the two coins. to get the nintendo coin (a rainbow coin with the n64 n logo on it ) in the factory level i think, u need to startt he donkey kong arcade machine and play it. So basically you are playing donkey kong the arcade game twice, the first time for a golden banana the 2nd way more difficult one for the coin. I loved that game all of the levels were good. Least favorite was angry aztec but it was still great.
