Anton Sokolov is an inventor, artist, and Royal Physician whose works can be found throughout the world of Dishonored. His notable creations include Sokolov's Elixir, the Arc Pylon, and several paintings of notable characters.
An assassin and associate of Daud in the Dishonored series. Unusually, Lurk's powers originate from Void artifacts, rather than an Outsider's Mark.
Formerly the chief bodyguard to a beloved Empress, now a ruthless vigilante who lives only to get revenge on those who framed him for the Empress' murder. Or is he a restrained, calculating figure skulking through the shadows, avoiding killing and seeking justice?
The leader of "the Whalers", a group assassins in Dunwall, who is responsible for the death of the Empress Jessamine Kaldwin. Like Corvo he has been granted magical powers from the Outsider which is also granted, to a lesser extent, to those who are loyal to him.
Admiral Farley Havelock is a distinguished member of the Royal Navy, having proudly served the Empire for years. But now that the Empress has been murdered, and a usurper risen in her place, he has founded an underground resistance movement known as the Loyalists to set things right.
Captain of the Dunwall City Watch and the uncle of Callista Curnow. Geoff Curnow is one of the few people with power in Dunwall that aren't corrupt.
An elderly woman who was once a wealthy aristocrat who went on an expedition to the Pandyssian Continent only to find black magic and madness. She learned of the Outsider and gained supernatural powers including a form of immortality that relies on the existence of a cameo.
Previously the Empress' own Spymaster, now a crude governor awarded as Lord Regent that rules the city of Dunwall with cold blood and oppression.
An inventor and philosopher who is a member of the Loyalist Conspiracy. He is the one who created a large portion of Corvo's equipment and is the one that can supply him with upgrades and ammunition.
A wanted criminal and the leader of the Bottle Street Gang. Despite being a crime boss he has a sense of honor and holds himself to his words.
The High Overseer and co-conspirator with Hiram Burrows in their plot to usurp the empress Jessamine Kaldwin. Depending on the player's choices he is either eliminated through lethal means or by branding him and robbing him of all of his power.
Coming from a parallel dimension, the outsider is a supernatural entity considered the source of all magic in Dishonored's world.
