    Esther is one of Meg Griffin's circle of friends along with Patty and Ruth as she appears as recurring role on Family Guy as she attends James Woods High School with her.

    Appearance:

    She first appeared in Don't Make Me Over and she's an African-American girl with black hair, red glasses and has two butt teeth who's normally seen hanging out with Meg and her friends.

    She appeared as a guest character as Meg's Lame Friends in Family Guy: The Quest for Stuff.
