    Patty is one of Meg Griffin's circle of friends along with Esther and Ruth appears as recurring role on Family Guy and attends James Woods High School with her.

    Appearance:

    She first appeared in Don't Make me Over and she's a red-haired girl with glasses, braces and freckles and one episode that her friend's dog Brian was attracted to her sexy body in Scammed Yankees and Meg tried to stop Patty from Brian hitting on her because she's underage, however Patty accepted and continued her friendship with Meg again from falling apart.

    She appeared as a guest character as Meg's Lame Friends in Family Guy: The Quest for Stuff.
