In Bethesda's first-person revival of the classic post-apocalyptic RPG series, the player is forced to leave Vault 101 and venture out into the irradiated wasteland of Washington D.C. to find his or her father.
Reason I'm asking is, I'd kinda like to finish off the main game (been playing this and only this since Oct16th 2009) before diving into the 5 dlc packs and I just don't wanna screw anything up.
I read somewhere that you cannot do Broken Steel after you finish the game. True?
If i were you i would head on over and do the DLC's first. Just makes it more simpler i believe, plus you get some kick ass weapons that can help you out greatly. Because you cannot finish the rest of them if you don't have Broken Steel loaded as Chirag4 has mentioned.
Just as long as you finish Mother-ship Zeta, Point Lookout, The Pitt and Operation: Anchorage, you should be fine to continue on and complete "Take It Back" so you can play Broken Steel.
