    I thought that this was a question about that computer inside fort constantine that's used to launch an ICBM.  Anyone know what happens when you launch it or is it just a dud?

    From what I remember, it was a dud. I think the doors couldn't open or something.

    i remember doing something on a computer that caused an alarm to go and red flashing lights. so mabye i launched it?

    It never says what the current target is and you can't progam it so i have no idea.  You also don't get any positive or negative karma for it.
