    in the game you can visit the capital buildign lincoln memorial and washington monument but can you visit the white house in the game

    You can't visit the White House.  It's full of radiation in the game since it got leveled.

    Yes, you can. It's in the DC ruins, not too far from all the other landmarks you mentioned, if memory serves me.

    You can visit a hole in the ground, one of the missiles was directed at the white house so theres nothing left to see 
    I heard that in a DLC you go on the white house underground train system thingy, someone else will clear that up for you

    Yeah, in the Broken Steel DLC you get to visit the White House underground tram system. Otherwise, like everyone else said, you can go through the sewer system and end up in the smoldering crater that is the White House, though you'll die fairly quickly from radiation poisoning. There's some minor equipment in there and a few glowing ones. That's about it.

      I believe there's a sewage drain somewhere around the front. I'd have to look it up, though; it's been awhile.
