That when you do a heavy melee attack your character sounds just like Yosuke?
Also, one of the characters that comes first in the lottery (Nipton) is clearly the voice actor that played Yosuke! Crazy.

Have any Persona 4 fans noticed...
You mean Yuri Lowenthal? Because he does a LOT of voice acting in video games so it's no surprise. Hell, the guy who voiced Teddie is also in Company of Heroes.
He appears all over the place as some of the smaller characters, he's done a bunch of other games as well, Medal of Honor (the newest one) Dragon Age Origins, Mass Effect 2, No more Heroes 2 and of course he was the PS2 era Prince of Persia.
And those are just a few of the top of my head :S
" @AlisterCat said:O god. Such bad lip syncing." I really didn't notice. Way past that section now though. Anyone find a youtube clip of it? "Duder with the glasses! "
You're right, it is him. The Fallout wiki mentions him on the character profile.

When he is cheering it sounds a lot like Yosuke.
I didn't recognize him from Persona 4, but from Operation Darkness. Another atlus localized game. But yeah, New Vegas is chalk full of Edward Kyle, or Yosuke or whatever.
You'll notice that this dude is in fucking everything.
" That when you do a heavy melee attack your character sounds just like Yosuke? Also, one of the characters that comes first in the lottery (Nipton) is clearly the voice actor that played Yosuke! Crazy. "Dude, Yuri Lowenthal is in a ton of stuff. Prince of Persia SoT, Mass Effect 2, New Vegas, and of course Persona 3 and 4.
Man, I totally hate Yuri Lowenthal.
Not enough that his voice ruins my enjoyment of the game, but I just don't like the guy.
The Implant doctor outside New Vegas is voiced by the same woman who did Rise Kujikawa, Laura Bailey." That when you do a heavy melee attack your character sounds just like Yosuke? Yet to hear Steve Blum but Liam 'o Brien is everywhere. Alot of the usual game voice actors worked on this game, but so far no Johnny Bosch (Adachi).
" I did not, but I did notice Akihiko of Persona 3 (Liam O'Brien) is the VA for literally half of the male NPCs you come across. Hell, its probably more like 70%. "THAT'S who it was!
Of course, I remember him most as the book in Nier but he doesn't much sound like it so...
also it's really no surprise because obsidian IS based in cali, as I suspect most of these voice actors live in cali.

He's also in Assassin's Creed 2(Veri de'Pazzi). Not a great voice actor but from the tone of his voice you can tell he deffinatly loves doing it.
Yuri Lowenthal is a fairly prolific voice actor who has been in a bajillion Animes and Video Games. The fact that you consider this significant puzzles me. I'll bet that Jennifer Hale, Nolan North and Steve Blum are in there somewhere too.
