Also, one of the characters that comes first in the lottery (Nipton) is clearly the voice actor that played Yosuke! Crazy.

He does lots of voices in many games.

You mean Yuri Lowenthal? Because he does a LOT of voice acting in video games so it's no surprise. Hell, the guy who voiced Teddie is also in Company of Heroes.

I never recognized his voice in other games that I've played before P4, having recently finished it then running into that character and noticing the melee attack sounds I was pretty startled! :D

He appears all over the place as some of the smaller characters, he's done a bunch of other games as well, Medal of Honor (the newest one) Dragon Age Origins, Mass Effect 2, No more Heroes 2 and of course he was the PS2 era Prince of Persia.

I love how there is an almost empty expression on his face when his voice is all crazy. Is that usual in Fallout? I haven't played it.

I didn't recognize him from Persona 4, but from Operation Darkness. Another atlus localized game. But yeah, New Vegas is chalk full of Edward Kyle, or Yosuke or whatever.
You'll notice that this dude is in fucking everything. 

One of things I like about NV they got a large cast of professorial Anime voice actors this time!

I did not, but I did notice Akihiko of Persona 3 (Liam O'Brien) is the VA for literally half of the male NPCs you come across.  Hell, its probably more like 70%.

That "Bye" was TERRIBLE.

Not enough that his voice ruins my enjoyment of the game, but  I just don't like the guy.

Hearing Yuri Lowenthal's voice in a video isn't anything to write home about.

I see the duders in Army of Two 2 climbing up ruined walls and solving some visually impressive puzzles as they search for some mythical treasure.

Yuri Lowenthal is a fairly prolific voice actor who has been in a bajillion Animes and Video Games. The fact that you consider this significant puzzles me. I'll bet that Jennifer Hale, Nolan North and Steve Blum are in there somewhere too.
