    Fat Princess: Fat base

Review of: Fat Princess (PS3 Game Download)

Now, I had two options when I bought my Playstation Gaming card:

    1)       Buy Fat Princess

    2)       Buy two fallout 3 Downloads

Strangely, I picked Fat Princess, a game that I only have a inkling of knowledge about but am certain to hate for all time…if the game was actually bad of course, which it isn’t.

The Game premise is incredibly simple; you have to protect a princess while trying to rescue another princess. In order to make it harder for others to get your princess, you need to keep feeding her cake; which will make her fatter.

This may sound like something you would give to your kid brother or sister, but this is pretty much for anyone who has ever played a round of capture the flag on ANY game.

For example, in games with these type of cute visuals, you might expect killed people to simply fall to the ground and just shutter away; but instead, they fall to the ground bleeding and in two gory Humanly Pieces, and they are screaming and blood and body pieces…and blood(Did I mention Blood?).

The options and the things that you can make your avatar say are so ridiculous it’s funny.

The single player is renamed “Playing with yourself”, the credits have you fighting the developers to the song ‘baby got back’, and if you press the left or right arrow key, you will say something like “AEI OWN YOU” and other things a five year old might say when conquering at halo.

Secondly, this game has a lot of teamwork involved; As you will be playing, you have the ability to play as five classes:

Mage-Can Freeze and burn enemies with their wand

Worker-are the ones who basically built and upgrade things by chopping down wood

Warrior- Melee based combat people will love them

    Ranger- Arrow Flingers

Priest- They heal and drain health

Each class has a role in the battlefield and doing any one of these will bring you the same points as the other classes.

For instance, if you need to build a bridge all you have to do is pick up a worker hat and start building; then once your done, pick up a warrior hat and charge across to get the outpost the other team is trying to conquer.

Fat Princess has probably won my heart simply for the fact it makes helping out your team much more fulfilling; each action you do is helping out no matter what class you are, and playing with friends is a good way to spend a Saturday night( if you’re a loser like me that is).

But The Game’s Drawback is not even a technical one. It’s when you don’t have a headset to talk with other players; as a result, you will have to rely solely on your own to figure out where your help is needed. The Worst of this is when there are a hundred warriors but the stockpile for wood is 0, and the enemies are invading the castle but everyone is chopping wood or at the enemies castle trying to get their princess.

Overall, Fat Princess is probably one of the best downloads for people who like Multiplayer kill fests(right next to Battlefield 1943, but that’s a different review).

The Product is 14.99, and can be found in the Playstation store.

Dave once  danced to ‘Baby got back’ in public; he managed to escape the crucifixion.

Fat Princess is a PlayStation Network game from Titan Studios. You'll be taking on the role of a worker, warrior, wizard, cleric, or an archer to complete the task at hand. Among those tasks is the act of guarding the enemies princess, and making sure she stays nice and plump with the forbidden cake. Done in a cartoony style, this game sports 4 different modes of play to keep you busy.Graphically this game is on par with Castle Crashers. I do like the fact that as you play more you can open up m...

      Insane fun 0

After waiting for what seemed like forever, Fat Princess finally came out today, and it's really good.  Everything about it seems very polished,  from the blood splatting to the princess getting fat.  The first thing you should do is the story mode, basically a tutorial with a hilarious story voiced by only 1 man.  It shouldn't take long, except if the ai on your team becomes retarded.  The enemy ai is very good and aggressive. The graphics are amazing, blood splatters nicely and there is some c...
