    Hack n' slash + cute = !?!?!

    Oh my...

Fat Princess is a top-down hack 'n slasher team-strategy game for the PS3, released on PSN for 15 dollars from Titan Studios.

This game puts up an amazing first impression. Quirky menu's with titles like "Play With Yourself" and "Play With Others" are just a small addition to appreciate. You'll hop into your first match and it looks very cute--cartoony little guys running around, hacking wood, building castle defenses--until you reach the choke-point, where the battles are goin' down...

It gets bloody. The little cute guys you thought were innocent are hacking each other into bloody bits to get closer to the other teams castle, in order to steal back their princess. There are also random areas on each map that spawn a piece of cake, which is random, but helps your team in one way; when you pick up the cake, you're supposed to take it back to your captured princess and feed it to her. This makes the princess fatter, thus making it harder for the enemy to bring her back to their base (slower movement speed when carrying the princess, more players speeds it up, fatter the slower).

The game features a bunch of classes, from warriors to archers to villagers with bombs. These classes also have a sub-class, which is an upgrade (warrior can switch to 2-handed pole-axe, archer gets a musket, etc). These classes are cool, but if you're not feeling the gameplay, you might get bored with this game. Reviewing this game after the DLC (Fat Roles) was released, they added in-game advertising for their DLC. This is annoying, but if you're still playing this game you must like it enough to buy the DLC, so this is nothing to worry about.

Fat Princess is a great idea and a cheap PS3 exclusive that will make any player smile.

Fat Princess is a PlayStation Network game from Titan Studios. You'll be taking on the role of a worker, warrior, wizard, cleric, or an archer to complete the task at hand. Among those tasks is the act of guarding the enemies princess, and making sure she stays nice and plump with the forbidden cake. Done in a cartoony style, this game sports 4 different modes of play to keep you busy.Graphically this game is on par with Castle Crashers. I do like the fact that as you play more you can open up m...

      Insane fun 0

After waiting for what seemed like forever, Fat Princess finally came out today, and it's really good.  Everything about it seems very polished,  from the blood splatting to the princess getting fat.  The first thing you should do is the story mode, basically a tutorial with a hilarious story voiced by only 1 man.  It shouldn't take long, except if the ai on your team becomes retarded.  The enemy ai is very good and aggressive. The graphics are amazing, blood splatters nicely and there is some c...
