    Football is here. 0

Every year, like so many of the franchises from EA, FIFA is released. This game is the epitomy of football for many people now, with the engine of rival Pro Evo (Konami) being far below par. In short the game delivers on letting the football experience be perfect, and to be honest, is the best representation of Football avaliable on home consoles. The gameplay is the most important, so we'll start with that. FIFA plays in so many ways, due to the new Custom Team Tactics feature. This allows teams...

    Realism, meet FIFA 09. 0

When I first saw a gameplay trailer for FIFA 09, I was impressed by how it resembles a real-life soccer match more than any other soccer game ever. A lot of what atracts people to purchasing a sports game ( or any true-to-life game) is the games realism and accuracy to real-life events, and FIFA 09 does this exactly.I've been a soccer fan for many years, and i have purchased every EA's FIFA soccer game since FIFA 2003. But 09 is the one I've been impressed by the most. EA has done a great job us...

Will FIFA finally take the crown as best football game this year? 0

Like the seasons, the EA sports lineup will come at the same time every year. It may be a few days different each year, but every single year, EA will put out NCAA in July, Madden in August, NHL in September, NBA Live in early october, and FIFA in late october. Now, late October is one of the biggest times for games. Being any company other than EA and putting out a game in October or November would be a bit insane, but we know EA puts out a soccer game every single year at the same time. What m...

    FIFA 09 Review 0

It's great times for football fans, one reason is because the new english football season has started and the other because we are treated to the latest and perhaps greatest FIFA game that EA has churned out. Now I personally have been playing Pro Evo for the past two years, so don't expect me to be a FIFA know it all.EA has brought the same great gameplay from it's Euro 2008 title, which in a way is kind of disappointing and annoying because they couldn't be bothered to even tweak it. But so wh...

Fifa, can it beat last year? You bet... 0

Last year FIFA 08 was a total dissapointment to many EA Sports and long living football fans, including myself, but is FIFA get better this year? In a word "Absoloutely". Last year everyone knew that they blew it, but people were expecting big from Fifa 09, and boy did they get it.One of the best qualitys of the game is surely the outstanding graphics, it's almost as if your living the action at that football ground, feeling the tense of the game. Something new added was players calling and aski...

The Best Football game on the Planet!!!!!!!!! 0

Where can I start with this game? There are so many amazing things on there. Firstly the Adidas Live League (I think that what it is called) well you get 1 season trial and it is amazing it updates player's attributes according to their most recent match in real life. Then you have the ten on ten match which is just the best thing to play, especially if 10 of your mates have the game :).The manager modes are also very good because of the interaction with the media, where you are asked questions ...

Meet The New FIFA, same as the old FIFA... 0

FIFA 09 is the fifth FIFA soccer game on the psp not counting the UEFA and World Cup games. The game does the job, and by that I mean being a soccer game on the psp. Which is something it could and should do better. It has all the major soccer leagues such as La Liga from Spain and the Barclays from England. Rosters are updated as well. But it has gotten to the point where the smallest things are being overlooked. The player models themselves are the same as four to five years ago. For example, ...

Best game in the FIFA series. 0

FIFA series is one of the longest running sports series, and one the best. FIFA has had its ups and downs (FIFA 03 and 04 anyone?) , but its quality never dropped more than a certain point. In my opinion, the best FIFA game was FIFA 03 for the PC, which had the best gameplay and gamemodes I had ever seen in a sports game. I kept playing that game for a long time. Now comes FIFA 09, the new contender for the best FIFA game. The gameplay is almost identical to FIFA 08, but the few tweaks and chang...

The Fifa franchise has always been renowned for bettering Pro Evolution Soccer, so why is it that the predecessor of Fifa 2008 styled the game play in the ways of PES? The game play was furthered to realism with advanced AI but it was less enjoyable and more formal. Fortunately, though Fifa 2009 sticks with the furthered AI and advanced specs of 2008 while diverting the game play back to the original, enjoyable formula of 2007 with a wealth of new features. But you still have the standard arra...

FIFA 09 is the best football simulator to date, being a lot of fun 0

I started playing FIFA games in 1999,with FIFA 99.It was one of my first favorite video games.I enjoyed FIFA in the last decade, every year, with every new game,I stood proud near the FIFA series under the assaults of Pro Evolution Soccer.Ten years after the magnificent FIFA 99, FIFA 09 has come along,to make all football fans or fanatics happy. In the last couple of years EA hasn't improved much their FIFA games. All the games in the FIFA series from 2006 to 2009 on the PC are identical.I wa...
