The bombcast already has lots of good music to listen to. The intro music is catchy and the music when they go to intermission is good, also. Also, the music that plays when they do the news is funny because it sounds like music from an old news show. Do you guys think it should have more music? I think there should be music whenever they do mail. Like a song that reminded me of a mail office commercial would be really funny to me. Also, music for the sports drinks part would be funny. They could do the music to the introduction to the gladiators or the music to the olympics or the William Tell Overture. Lol. Especially now that Jeff has a Talkbox and a keyboard there it would be funny to hear incidental music on the fly. I think that the bombcast should add more music to liven the bombcast even though it is already fun to listen to anyway. What do you guys think?

I was thinking of stuff to say, but then I noticed your avatar...|=  really.

Oh and I think there is a line for how many intro songs there should be.

Jeff messing around with his keyboard/talkbox every once in a while is good enough for me.

Smodcast is a perfect example of how music can be successfully incorporated into a podcast.  If Giant Bomb did it that way, it would be great.

I'm with Knifey on this one: All we need is Jeff's keyboard.

The bombcast is about talking about games, music would just distract the listener, plus they're not a bore to listen to anyway... so all is fine.

There is mail & "whatchooplayin?" music, usually mixed in the background.

Absolutely. I think all four of them needs his own theme music and it should just play for the entire podcast as they try and talk over it.

I just wish they'd have breaks more often. I love the break music.

I do love the Smodcast, the music is always topical. I don't think it would work at all for the Bombcast.

The times there is music right now it annoys the fesh out of me. Mostly because it tends to be way louder than the overall volume and i have to rush to kill the volume at 3am so my neighbors won't murder me.

That said, i think it'd be pretty hot to have a small section of the podcast just showcasing great video game music, from any era really. Like stone age or victorian era video games probably had killer music or whatever. But yeah. Chiptune spot would be fresh. Perhaps in place of the break music?

The break music is cool but completely pointless IMO.  Messing around with those music machines like Jeff does is fine though, because it's funny.
