Should there be a special Street Fighter IV edition of the Bombcast?

After MGS4, Spore, C&C: RA3, and MK vs. DC, shouldn't Street Fighter IV get the awesome-special-edition-of-the-Bombcast-treatment?

No. There isn't much more for them say that haven't already said. SFIV has been a hot topic with them for months and have talked about the game for a while.

I pose this question to the community....why does SFIV deserve its own special podcast over any other game?

So I voted no, it shouldn't.

I think it would be kinda nifty but pointless at the same time.  The MGS4 podcast mainly talked about the crazy story MGS4 has. SFIV's story isn't really necessary something they need to talk about.  If they do make one, I'll still listen to it.

No. The only way it would work I think is if they were to spend time to put out maybe an hour show or something on a Friday for it in addition to the regular Bombcast. Wouldn't be right to take up a whole Bombcast with just one game.

You can't just have person that knows about fighting games run a podcast.

Since there really is no end to a fighting game (you the player just keeps getting better as you play more), if you edit everything they have ever said about SF4 from the last two months of the Bombcast, I'm sure you'll get your two hour podcast there.

I personally think a 'game specific podcast' should only occur when one or more people on the podcast are actually folks involved in the creation of a game. Much like the MK vs DC podcast with Ed Boon was. When youj ust have the fantastic four discussing one particular game for a half hour or so in a 'special' podcast I think it just gets boring and for me I don't find it that interesting.

However hearing someone who actually worked on the game discussing it with the Editorial Staff in a podcast would be utter joy for me!

no i don't think it should..its just a fighting game...would be a pretty short podcast at that. the video reveiw was longer than most reviews on here and it sounded like it covered everything anyways and brad and jeff are the only real fighter guys

Dude, every Bombcast for the past month and a half has been a special Street Fighter IV edition.

I've heard enough about SF4 over the past few weeks. 

Hell yes. Who said it has to be in place of the normal bombcast? Or even that long? The Mortal Kombat one was quite short. Sure they talked about it a lot but one dedicated to it would be awesome.

Most of the "special edition" podcasts had a reason to exist(someone from the development coming on,  controvery/intricies[spore/mgs3]) and there is really no reason for a podcast. Unless they could pull someone from Capcom, or that Seth dude(even though he would've been more appropriate for HD Remix), and Even if they did manage to get someone from capcom on the podcast  it would be like this:

Well I'd enjoy it, but I'm sure there are lots of people here who are sick of hearing about it. If they were going to do a special SF4 podcast they probably would have done it right when the game came out.

The EVE online Bombcast wasn't too bad, only 28minutes or something aorund that ballpark and seams interesting. Almost made me want to pick up a copy. Well it's that or jumpgate evolution... but I might wait Until EVE puts out the out of ship stuff first. I'm weith Jeff on the whole " Sick of swords and magic business""
