So, how did Brad saying "emails!" get started?

Apologies if this has come up before. 
 
I've been listening to most of the old Bombcasts in order during my commute. Any idea of the first time Brad says "emails!"? I'm somewhere in May of 2009 right now, and I'm pretty sure it starts before the year ends. 

Its the Bombcast episode with the anniversary of the dreamcast I believe.  They just finished news, and Brad burst in with "e-mails!"  followed by silence, followed by "wait...new releases?"

I only remember that Brad was gone for a while. Then when he came back he let out a hearty "E-MAILS!" It was glorious. There hasn't been a bellow like that since though.

I seem to remember him always saying that so if you're up to May 09 and he hasn't started saying it yet, I have no fuckin' idea.

It's also worth noting that the reason Brad was so adamant about staying "EMAILS" like that in the first place was because he always forgot about new releases back then. He would constantly confuse the format of the show, which is how the inside joke of them letting Brad announce emails at the correct time came to be. It's amazing that the running joke still continues into 2011.

Also, seeing this thread has me wondering... Has somebody yet compiled a list of Giantbomb inside jokes and the origins (when, and how it came to be) of when it happened? Because that would be awesome.

Does anyone remember Vinny and Jeff pretending to be the Bioware doctors and yelling how "It's about the become the age of dragons in here!" ? I couldn't find it on YouTube. Does it exist on Youtube or does anyone remember what episode that is?

I have an audio file sitting on my desktop that's over a minute of pure "Emails!". I keep meaning to edit it into some kind of video but I've never gotten around to it.

No there was one right around when Starcraft 2 came out and it was a great battle cry that sent many small children running to their mothers. "
